Neighborhood Deed Restrictions
While the neighborhood was built in waves, and there are corresponding deed restriction documents for each wave, all homes have the same specific deed restrictions. Below is a map of the restriction groups and corresponding deed restriction documents. See also our Architectural Review page for additional information on neighborhood standards.
Phase I
Light Yellow
The first phase of the neighborhood was built in 1988 and is represented by the yellow section on the map.
Phase IV
Dark Yellow
The last major section of development was started in 1990 and completed in 1992
Phase II
Green
Phase II was the smallest of the four main phases and was completed in 1989. The green section above is Phase II.
Scioto Run West (V)
Peach
The neighborhood was finished in 2002 with the cul-de-sac at the trail entrance.
Phase III
Pink
Started in 1989 and finished in 1990 Phase III was the largest section of development in the neighborhood.
